Delivery and Returns Policy

 Delivery

UK ORDERS
All UK orders are sent via second class. An upgrade to first class is available. 

Typically orders arrive within 2-3 days but this isn’t guaranteed.
If it hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after I have posted it, please do let me know so that I can open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it still in the Royal Mail system they will consider it lost and issue compensation so that I can either fully refund you or remake and send again.

Overseas Orders

Currently, orders outside of the UK are not accepted.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges (See below for exclusions)

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Cancellations are not accepted

Please do feel free to contact me if you have any issues with your order

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
